I have my car back home again from Bremen and running fairly well.
However, I think I still need some more carb cleaning and adjusting.

Good diet, fruit, nuts, plenty of exercise (I love to walk), lots of fluids and Metamucil before retiring every night and boom, done. Look for Dr. Hoss's free advice column in your local throw-away.

We went from Rich getting his car back on the road... to Hoss and Wolfgangs dietary regiment to keep us all 'regular'.
I do have to agree about the Facebook stuff. I left that scene 4 years ago and never looked back.

I have been told by some researchers at Harvard School of Public Health, that whole grain fibers are more efficient, than say legumes, in flushing LDL's from your system.
