Hello everyone, I’m replacing my door hinges and I noticed that the new hinges are a little thicker than The old ones, so my bolts that go into the door are not long enough. But when I measured the thread pitch on the bolt it’s seem to be a weird size? My thread pitch gauge Says 1.25 for the thread pitch.I think the size Is M6x1.25? I’ve never heard of a bolt that size and when I put my imperial thread pitch gauge on the threads nothing matched.
I’m stumped, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
