Lately, my passenger side door latch is not hitting the striker post far enough back and is getting stuck on the head of the post. Also, the bottom right corner of the door has started rubbing against the door jam after the door is open about halfway. Any ideas what might be the cause or how to fix?

Dreaded Butt sag! Is the gap at the back upper edge of door getting larger? Not a difficult fix.
Upper gap is about 1/16 of an inch bigger than the lower.
1/16" isn't much for butt sag. Are hinges loose/shifted/center pin worn? You can add spacers behind the hinges say at bottom one to raise the bottom of door.
