door pull

does any one know of a good door pull dont want to pull on the handle. it doesnt come on a vs. was looking for something period correct. bill.

Check with Carey Hines at Special Edition. They have a nice, spring-loaded handle available.

My guess this is what is being used on quite a few cars. I have a set for my car. At $37, you can't go wrong.

Or check ISPWEST VW Parts on ebay - they have same ones for "Buy Now" for $28 --- so you'd have $ left to buy Jim and I a beer. I used handles from an old MGB. Theuy have chrome hinge and the handle/bail is black plastic. They flop down flush. Try Moss Motors for them. Suspect same ones were on Triumphs, AH and Jaguar. New they are about $25.
