Wow, what a candy store. I wonder what is the story on all this stuff, the place almost looks abandoned.
oh so sad,one of the sadest vid's Ive ever seen.
What's the address?
The music makes it sad, but the reality is... all those cars will likely be on the road in the future.
So glad to see that stuff out there!
A sad German funeral, hope they have good post funeral food....
Sad...? I think it's beautiful to know this stuff exists. Sad would be if some disgruntled relatives inherited the stuff and scrapped it to settle some grudge. Where can it be...is it available or is this some troll ? It wouldn't be my cup of tea to get into but I'm sure some serious "legit" restorers would be interested.
these cars are made for driven, these cars are made for racin, these cars are made for putten a smile on your facen. not like they are in that vid and have been for a while, that brings a tear to my eye not a smile.
Cat tied up next to the litter box? That's cruel.
Parts is parts. A (mostly) indoor boneyard is better than the likely alternatives.
Cool! Thanks for sharing. That is quite the collection. He should sell some of that and restore one of those Carreras.
A Carrara engine just sitting there on a bench.......must be valuable, even needing rebuilt.
Some hoarder types just won't let go of things that they know are the good stuff, even to a potential good home.
Anyone know the story of this place in So Cal? That is a lifetime of collecting.
I spotted 4 Carrera (4) cam engines, a couple of Hirth roller bearing cranks and at least 2 original Seibring exhausts. That place is a multi million dollar bone yard.
That is right; high dollar stuff but it all looks like it's going to be taken care of and not left there to rot. I agree all those cars will be restored and on the road in the future.
