Okay, with the help of some very brilliant people I've loaded about 40 pictures of QIKTUB into the file "GCLARKE".....Check it out, also the surfboard was designed and painted to match the speedster, so the surfboard goes with the car. Guys, have you heard this name, it really rings a bell. Off Samba a guy e-mailed interested in the speedster,,,,,,Laszlo Jankovich, I'm inclined to think its a scam buyer, but I think I've seen the name here on SOC. anybody got a clue, or is Laszlo a legit SOC lurker?

Motor.... Type 1 1885 stroker (82 crank/85.5 barrels) very strong torque but runs very cool even on the hottest day, Demello stroker crank, matched balanced chevy rods, venolia pistons, engle w-15 cam, heads CB 044 mildy ported, 009 distributor with compu-fire electronic ignition, twin weber 40IDF carbs, oil filter, thermo dipstick, dynos about 118 HP, new Rancho 4:12 swing arm transaxle

Color...Porsche 85-86 "pastel Beige" painted by local shop that repairs all ferraris in the Bay area.

Canvas...Black 1/4 tonneau, Camel colored Hartz canvas convertible top.

Interior... Vintage seats, carpet, doorpanels, color is Vintage "Latte Carrera" which means "Camel" to the rest of us. Hidden audio sound system with am/fm/10CDchanger, 3 gauge package from Beck.
Chrome fire ext between seats. padded dash.

Body...standard not flared, Nerf bars, wire headlight baskets, chrome JPS roll bar, custom plate "QIKTUB", spare tire/aluminum porsche jack. luggage rack , LED 3rd brake light built into engine grill
porsche emblemed nipple hubcaps on chrome wheels



No expense has been spared to make this a tricked out car.
I live in Northern California, and am asking a fairly firm $16,700
or trade for late model -low mileage 1/2 ton pickup

Must not be very firm..............just dropped the price $1000.00
We're now at $15,700----firmer than before
