Northern Travelers to Knott

Sounds good to me...plenty of gas stations along the way? What about road conditions with SoCals storms, fires, and potholes? Our estimated ETA going to all right with the hotel check-in Nazis?

I like your plan but think that Steve, Angela and their kids, plus myself will be doing the I-5 boogie. Hopefully with no unscheduled stops, LOL. If you guys do that, you get a blue highways merit badge. Keep us posted.

We'll be leaving Willows early Thursday AM and hopefully pulling into the Marriott mid afternoon on Thursday so guess we'll be a day in front of you!

I plan on leaving the house about 7:00 Saturday morning....
Maybe 7:30 if I sleep in or get lucky....If all goes well I should arrive at Knotts about 20 minutes after I leave the house....
I will probably NOT meet up with anybody along the 91 heading East..
By the way, do they have an award for the shortest distance driven?
(Couldn't find a post that I was interested in, but I had to say something)

I think we should make Vince PUSH his car home!! He'll still be ahead of the rest of us!

Heard the road out of Ojai to Santa Paula (150) is closed till Sept.
Lots of good roads closed down here, check with CHP.
