It looks just like my '79 Intermeccanica looked when I got it... 914 gauges, map pockets under the dash, etc. The hinges for the hood will have "Intermeccanica" cast in them if it is an IM. Mine has a Porsche emblem on the hood handle. The emblem in your picture appears to be darker than mine which is gold. Could be a clue.

First IM serie. Inspite of some finishing details (mostly interior) the very best (exact) copy of the original shape. Even the new IM's don't come that close. Rear wheelcases are one inch wider than the originals.
Would love to finish this car as 'original' as possible. Wheels look great!
