Trying to get all my gauge wires wired and looking at my oil pressure/temp sender and its little button connector. WTH goes on this thing?
You can see the pressure sender next to it, for the red light, has a male spade connector like normal. Pretty sure I could make a female spade grab onto this other dealy too but is that what's supposed to go there? And if so, any idea why it's not just another spade?

The round button thing is made for you to slide a normal male connector on. See the picture. It is designed to allow the connector to lay flat instead of sticking out.

Except that that is a female spade connector. Males get inserted, females receive, basic anatomy. LOL
In the end though Jimmy provided the correct answer via photos.
