I will begin a dune buggy build for a guy in PA. It uses the Berrien tube chassis that has the rear VW torsion assembly and VW ball joint axle beam. The fiberglass body is the Nostalgia version finished in Aqua metallic and that body style replicates a Myers Manx. If, there is enough interest posted here I could do a build thread...let me know Photo is one I did ten months ago that one went to Hawaii .

I for one love to follow your build threads no matter what you build. I always learn something. So hell yea please do a build thread Alan!
I would dig on following your buggy build thread!
I always enjoy your build threads
I would love to see!
Of course you should do a build thread!
You planning on a single Holley on this one, too? I loved that setup on a buggy. Set and forget and they almost never clogged up.
Gonna set up a driving brake for the rear wheels, too?
It would also look cool to have a 15 gallon stainless steel beer keg in the back seat as a gas tank. One of the old school kegs, not those new ugly ones, maybe from your favorite PA or WV brewery. I had one from the Worcester Brewing Company in Worcester, MA which closed around 1962. That keg, today, would assuredly be worth more as an antique than the buggy around it.

If you build it, we will watch.
Indeed. What else do we have to do these days...?
A buggy build could be more fun than snoozing during a Netflix movie.
Ok, I'll start a new thread in a few days ....

I thought I was the only one who snoozed during a Netflix movie. Now I think I should search for a Gabby Hayse movie.
I wonder how many members of our group don't know who he is.
