I saw this on FB it's another option to shortening the brake cables at the handle as the Empi can pull out with the single Allen cable retaining screw. ... so here it is to check out .
I realize how it's done, Alan, but I don't know- looks like it would be a royal pain in the ass. The fine tuning's been lost. And both sides need to have the same pull to be really effective- I know the pieces from the shortening kits aren't the best, but sorry, I don't see this as being the answer. Have you used this set up in a car you've built? Have you tried to do an adjustment after the cables stretch and the shoes (or pads) wear?
