Just an FYI for those with Amazon Prime. They have the Wolo Bad Boy (model 419) for $32.99. That's as cheap as I've seen them.
Yes, IM uses two Hella horns, one behind each horn grill. They have a pretty good sound to them, but a very loud air horn wouldn't hurt based on most other drivers these days.

Hi, you can toot the horn but if you hold it down longer you get the AIR HORN, it helps instead of YELLING over the windshield you can buy the controller by itself. I have been thinking of getting this one having been caught in situations where more sound would be more attention grabbing.
I have twin Subaru horns that are pretty attention-grabbing. Not a pleasant sound, kind of dissonant.
But if somebody is really in need of a wake-up, I use the Harley trick: push the clutch in and give the gas a couple stabs. 5000-6000 rpm rip usually wakes even the most oblivious of morons.
Marty your right the IM does have an acceptable horn system, my issue is simply at times I find we are in a lower car, harder to see, and some other tool is needed to get the attention of the other drivers. So I have better lighting etc etc and the horn was something I thought of adding and I wanted to only use the steering wheel horn and not have TWO buttons.

I have dual Wolo Bad Boys, I really like the volume and tone but have one complaint: they go very weak around freezing temps and then when they warm up, start working again. I thought I had a bad pair and installed a new pair, same problem.
I guess you could route the hose via your heating system, or put the compressor inside the car for inclement weather.... not, but I would imagine front engine cars have less cold weather issues and I think this Screaming banshee module with original horn and air horn, could work... if you press multiple times you only get the original horn, if you HOLD IT DOWN... you get the air horn. Long ago, I totally eliminated my Bosch electric (read that VW) horns and now have only a set of Alpina, three-tone air horns. Push the button, get a blast, just the way I want it. This car is too small and too white-colored to have a wimpy horn - If they can't see me, then I want a horn that really wakes people up.
I agree Gordon, it is too small to be seen and heard, I tried shouting over the horn to get peoples attentions but they might get insulted if I toot the air horn, flatulence is not always appreciated.
