What is with the two different kinds of racing strips? Pretty fountain it is sitting in front of, but I'ld prefer photos of the car...
Yeah that's been posted here before, not surprised it didn't sell but would be fun to guide around a few twisties for an afternoon. I actually prefer the original paint/stripes better ....
Not to my taste but nice enough. I’m not sure I’m buying the $160k build cost, though, especially if it’s on a pan. I didn’t see details on the mobile presentation.
I think that's pretty nice. Aside from the dash, I think it everything looks really cool. Looking at the shell in my garage (that I am hoping to build this summer), I was wondering what it would look like with "head scoops". Was trying to think of how I can make one that bolts in there somehow.

Well, I REALLY like the rear tonneau/headrest thing, that is the Bee's Knees. The rest is well executed, and pretty damn slick, but as Lane says, not to my taste, exactly. Price??

Current bid is just under 20K with 5 days to go. I would be surprised if they can get a bid north of 60K for this "over 160K build" .....
Forget about $60K, I'd be surprised if it gets to $30K.
guessing at ~$30K it does not sell.
The web does get a wider audience but not always a better price 
IF he gets 60K for that....I'm selling mine for $105,750 delivered

Racing stripes have already been repainted to the maroon color car in the final pictures. I liked it better before....
I contacted the seller and the car currently has the paint job with the strip down the middle. It doesn't look near as nice like that and the seller agreed.
Bidding appears to have ended at $22,600
I think he may have trouble getting back the "two years and over $160K to build"
