Set another 1,600 lbs atop of what is already a heavily beefed up frame and deck and I'll put $ on top that. the motor is short lived at best.

Ad says its being sold as a 1969 Porsche 356? I'm trying to id the Porsche 356 parts. Does it at least have a 356 engine? Even the 1969 year is confusing.

I think the right thing would be to pull the original engine and set it aside, and then install a nice 2332 or 2265 cammed to peak at about 5000 rpm. About 160 air-cooled ft-lbs at 3000 would make the truck useful and not ruin anything.
