Interesting build, more of a gentlemen's car than the racy coupe we see these days, would have liked to see the seat. Made in "Western Germany" seems awkward.
Buy it now it price set at $24,500 so not likely to go as low as 17K but who knows?
Is that a retro ash tray on the far right? Seems too far from the driver. Bottle opener? 
Rear fender "spats" are kind of cool - maybe on a silver or black car. Not bad for $24.5k for a rarely offered coupe. Just needs some detailed finishing as I see missing heat shields in the engine compartment and, argh, vinyl garage floor used for engine compartment lining.
I've always wanted to figure out how to make the door hinge cover plate with the color and serial number. It when over the hinges not in the striker plate area.
