James...

When I ran into all my electrical glitches I had nearly the whole system revised and upgraded. My car ran and I was able to take it to a shop. Do you have any way of getting the car to Vallejo? If so, I'd call Ted or Sean at 707.648.1463.

They may not be the cheapest solution but at least you'll know what you have and know that it'll work!
Do it yourself and yes ........you can do it!
There is a small orange wiring book with great easy to read and understand diagrams ...
it's titled How To Wire Your Streetrod by Jack Sweeden
Street rod wiring

Also available through many rodder shops and Classic Intruments Inc. , Crooked River OR 97760

Buy a $150 VS harness it comes with a diagram and is a piece of cake . I have done a few of these and can wire a speedster in less than two days
