EMPI EPC 34 carb adjustment help.

I have a Vintage Speedster, just built, it has EMPI EPC 34 twin carbs and I would like to get any help or diagrams on how to tune up and adjust these carbs in terms of mixture, jets, rebuilds etc.
Has anyone had any ongoing problems , sucj as stuck flaot valves, with this carb?

Blake: Our 2010 VS w/ a 1915 motor and the same carbs had a problem with a 'just off idle' stumble. If I pushed harder on the gas pedal to accelerate faster it wasn't a big issue but if I tried to accelerate easy it was. What helped mine was to raise the float level 1/8". Re-adjusted the idle mixture and idle speed. This made a world of difference in ours.

Wolfgang, I guess I am the only one to figure out the why of your speedster build talking eleven (?) years .... Greg you provide some great tech info herein and the time it takes to do the research puts a damper on man hours in the garage.... Damn I'm good ! ~Alan
