Believe that is a dual throat carb --- this would be for dual single throat ones -- see picture where studs are sticking up.

Turns out these are for 40MM Solex/Kardon/Brosol carbs and I have 34MM ones! SO back up for sale for what I paid - $32 (OBO). These fit the 1.7, 1.8 and the 2.0 liter heads. They say EMPI in raised cast letters and are polished cast aluminum with brass plugs of vacuum ports. Nicely ported inside. Carb mounting is 3" center to center of studs. These are the short intakes so they clear the Speedster engine bay. P.S. Will trade for short ones for 34MM Solex carbs.
