Being a "car guy" I have been to hundreds of car shows either as a
Participant, Judge, or just as a lookie loo....On several occasions
a Vendor would have a straight six engine running with no oil pan
or oil for that matter...but they claim they ran "PROLONG" or another
additive through it....I figured, If they can do that, I might just add some "with" my oil, can't hurt, to be sure...
So I currently use this stuff in the kids cars (3 teen girls) cause
the last thing they think about is checking oil...and I also use it in my commuter car (94 toyota) I have yet to add it to my wife's Jeep or the speedster, but it has a new motor which i'm not to concerned about at this time...
Question to the Experts is....Am I wasting my money or is there something to this?????

Almost all engine additives are bunk - just run a quality synthetic oil of the right weight and be done with it.
