Stoddard's has them, and Carey Hines at Beck has them, too, but I don't see them in his on-line catalog. Most likely, Greg at Vintage has them as well.
Easy to find, for less than 2$ per bumper sToddard ( https://www.stoddard.com/64402563500blk.html ) charges, at hardware stores, Napa, Autozone, etc… in the automotive hardware drawers.
I got mine from Beck and wasn't especially concerned about the price. Mine are a light gray, rather than black, which, IMO, look nicer on a white car. They are a little flexible, so you put the stem through the hole and pull on the stem until it pulls the bulb through and holds it in place. Not sure if others are as flexible as that, but they have to be to get them in place.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
