I'm a new VS owner and have come up against a problem I didn't expect. I have an uphill driveway and at the transition between the street and the drive the rear exiting exhaust pipes hit the ground. I've tried angling my approach and that doesn't help. I'm not putting boards at the street to solve the problem nor am I willing to move.
I do think a side exiting exhaust would cure it. Any recommendations as to which side exiting system will fit the car and not affect performance, unless it's in a good way. The car has a 1915cc motor.

Hi Keith,

I have the same 1915 motor since it sits rather low even with the Empi exhaust so it also scraped the pipes when I first drove it into the garage. Therefore, I would also recommend the same thing Ricardo is which is to back the car into the driveway or garage then it will not scrape the pipes. Also, you can try driving the car forward at a slight angle since this would also avoid scraping the pipes. As you know, these babies typically sit very low and that's why they're so beautiful! Cheers!!!

Ha-Ha-Ha! Very funny Pat! Actually the dressers you see in the background are old cabinets I replaced in the hallway of my home. My wife said they were too nice to throw away so we moved them into the garage in case if she ever kicks me out of the bedroom for screaming my other red honey's name in the middle of the night, the Speedster of course...The bedroom stuff are there just in case of emergency when I really end up sleeping in the garage...LOL
