Ended up cutting into the rear apron high enough that it will require cutting into the bumper to get motor high enough to slip in. Anyone have their pipes running through apron and FB'd in? Still waiting to hear what systems others are running on a CMC 1835 with clearance issues for exhaust.

Would like to see pics of any custom FB'd tips in apron

This is nuts cause the 4 tip monza cheap-o exhaust had no problems using the cutouts in the aprons--now I have a mess to fix--the madness continues.

I have the 4 tip monza 1 3/8 which came out thru cutouts on the apron--just u shaped up about 1.5 inch. Now I'm up 3" and its a mess--got way to frustrated.

Now I'm a good

The one I ordered is suppose to the exact one Kirk at VS uses and is 1.5" tubing--they haven't changed the listing--so they say.

Yes, should had put engine in wo exhaust--brain dead on that one. Then I could had either not used it or drilled perfect area for tips to run thru--made myself a mess so will have to learn to fiberglass FB for short. Several pointed me to this exhaust since its 1.5" and very reasonably priced.

One choice is--Apron will have to be reworked and may just run nerf bars.

Another choice is what I'll probably do is dump this exhaust and fix apron so I can run the bumpers which look so much age appropriate.

This is why I'm looking for exhaust choices in 1.5" that won't interfere with apron or bumper--I can't put bumper back on because it hits the tips.
