That's a Tri-Mil Euro 2-tip. Many places sell them.
The stock Tri Mil version will hit the rear apron on 356 replicas. I heard that their bus version fits. If you're thinking about getting one may I suggest you get the ceramic coated version from Kirk since he modifies them to fit 356 replicas. I bought it from him a few years ago and I believe it was close to $160.00 back then. Keep in mind that price might have changed since then.
