Explain the heat ducting... Trying to get my defrost going | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

We want to do some road trips this year... Hoping to make Carlisle... Anyway... I have really good hot airflow from the foot doors. My CMC fame has ducting through the frame behind the dash. Tonight, with full heat, I didn't feel any flow from those ducts on the frame. There are no hoses going to the vents yet.... I want to see what I need to do to get hot air to the CMC subframe... Thanks for any advice.

If they're anything like the VW Beetles I used to drive, in order to get anything to come out of the defroster vents you have to completely close off the foot vent slider doors.

I'll try closing the sliders... I thought I did. I'm not convinced they are plumbed in right at the pan...
