My car yesterday, put 90 kilometers on back roads in our beautiful Central Coast wine country, South River Road, Las Tablas Road, Vineyard Drive, Adelaide Road, Klau Mine Road. I've driven them many times over the past 50 years, in many vehicles, but none have been as much fun as in this little car.

Where are those overrider bars? 
Ray, I'm waiting for my brother (excellent welder) to help me fit the guards to my fiberglass bumpers. The guards are made to fit steel Porsche bumpers which are taller in cross-section than our fake bumpers so there's some metal to add here and there.
Once that's done (and they're chromed) White Cloud will head to Bakersfield where the overriders will be bent, chromed and fitted to her, hopefully by spring.
Sorry to hear you're putting overriders on it, Will. I like it without the guards and the overrider bars take away from the simplicity of it all, but that's just me. Al

Does he not just make the overrider bars but not the uprights? Also you can go with a N/American high or a lower Euro bar. I used to have the high bar and now I have the euro low as I wanted to put Marchal's on the top bar.
Not sure how much metal there is on my IM to hold the bars.

whitewalls is where I draw the line.
I've never, ever, seen a "real" Speedster with whitewalls.
The last car I owned with whitewalls was a '48 Studebaker Commander Coupe, they came with whitewalls and looked good wearing them.

I like Cory's. A lot. Not so much that I'm going to run out for a set of "spats" for Pearl, but his look great. Especially contrasted with his Tux...... I'm jus' sayin'..........
@Will Hesch, 356s were offered post 1959 w/ whitewalls from the factory... Pre '59 they were installed post delivery, as a non-factory option.

I remember add-on white walls (Port-O-Walls) when I was a teenager. Deflate your tire enough to flex the side very slightly away from the rim and the inner lip of the white wall slipped between the rim and the tire bead to hold it in place. Too bad they only work on Bias Ply tires. They would be a hoot for PCA events. Along with my exhaust tips:

I like Cory's car with whitewalls, he can pull it off and it looks classy!
I've never worn a tux so whitewalls just aren't part of my vernacular, each to his own.
