I need to go for a ride. 45° today, but 50/50 chance of snow on Sunday.
It's 75 and sunny here today in southern Ontario Canada, 83 with humidity. A perfect June of September day.
Tomorrow is 46
Snow and for Sunday -4 expected for the low, that's Wyoming for you.
Thought I would take a short drive this afternoon, but forgot about the Friday afternoon "rush hour" traffic in the surrounding towns. Finally got disgusted about poking along in traffic so returned home and poured a nice Pinot Noir and here I am, decompressing.....
Just wait til tomorrow!

I realized the same. Weekend traffic tomorrow, but 60°. I'll just have to stay away from "fall colors."
I was going to go for a drive, but rode my bike around the hood instead. The colors aren't as vivid this year, so far. I guess we haven't had enough of those nights in the 30's to trigger the leaves yet. Some years it's great, and some not.
Maybe tomorrow before the rain we're supposed to get.

Yeah Carlos, that's the hood alright.......
Interestingly, I was waiting for a hole in a line of traffic On RT 20 when a small-ish hole showed up and I jumped into it. Pulled out of my stump-puller first into second and stood on it. When I thought it might be a good time to shift I looked at the tach and it was rising towards 6 grand so I shifted and pulled it up to over 5 grand in third and, you know what? It sounded GLORIOUS!
I don’t do that often anymore, just getting too old for that nonsense, but I gotta admit...... It was fun!
Great thread!
Yesterday cruising the mountain roads around Cambria, Central California coast.
