You can have them to get you a upper pully spacer to go be behind the pulley to bring it out.

They offer kits for both the upper and the big pully that are normaly used for the sand seal set ups Not seeing what you have,, and how much it is off ,,is a hard call.

You may be able to losen the Gen/alt strap, and slide it all out some.

If the gen?alt is pushed to far in, you get a simular problem. Give it a good look before you call. specify upper or lower is out and by exzactly how much its out by useing a straight edge over the pulley faces to measure the gap on which ever it is.
William....To establish the exact problem,...I believe your Alt. pulley sticks out past the crank pulley when viewed from the rear...

Gordon is right about the Asian pulleys...Crank or Alt....

I would look at these first, and if you don't find the problem, contact the manufacturer as Gordon suggested earlier.....

Most manufacturers will work to correct a problem with their product, especialy a low milage unit....

Good Luck....
Sometimes the crank pulley is not fully seated back on the crank even though the nut appears to bottom against the pulley, this can be caused by the key partially dislodging from the key-way as the crank pulley is set onto the crankshaft, best to remove the pulley to confirm key is in the keyway correctly then reinstall.
Set a small piece of wood across the pulley face and give it a good tap with a blunt-shot-brass hammer ~Alan
