In order for you to post your question, you went to "General(non technical)".If you go back to the main forum page, look for the "search" option. Just to give you an example,I went to "search" and typed the word "liners".This is what came up: https://www.speedsterowners.com/forum/search.asp?searchterm=liners&byforum=ALL

Good luck.
My question wasn't so much about attaching prefabed liners as it was about making them. I thought I remembered seeing a few posts concerning various materials that had been used and how they were made & installed. I have tried the "search" function, but only have found mention of installing ones supplied with Speedster kits.

Perhaps the posts that I'm thinking of are to old to come up in the "search".
Yeah, I remember that thread too but now can't locate it. IMHO they are used in production cars to absorb impact of stones and, mostly to keep thrown up mud and water from collecting and rusting the fenders - hence not really needed on thick fiberglass replicas not typically driven in rain and mud. Guess if real 356, 914 and early 911's had had them there would be a whole lot more still on the road! Here was one related thread I found that is probably all you need. https://www.speedsterowners.com/forum/readmsg.asp?t=3226
