Fern wants a NEW TOP

Anyone have either a TAN or BLACK Stayfast top for FERN? Currently it's vinyl and I would love to put Stayfast on. Anyone have one in Canada? That way I can save on shipping, taxes and customs charges. But I will buy from anywhere.

No it isn't. Henry at Intermeccanica emailed me and said that his is not the same shape but I am wondering if it can be modified.

Mike, If you find a new top let me know. I'm in the market for a top. If you want to sell your used one, maybe we could work out a deal.

I found a supplier for tops that is very reasonalble in price. They can be found at www.convertibletops.net I went and ordered myself a new one. It looks like they have StayFast at good prices as well.

I also hae a CMC Flared and am considering replcaing the top. Would appreciate if you could let me know how your new top fits when you receive it.

I've seen the pictures of your CMC flared. I hope mine turns out to be well done as yours. I have a lot of work to go but have been making some progress. I'll be sure to let you know how the top fits. It may be some time though. The convertable top company said it may be a few weeks before they can deliver, but I am planning on getting the car painted before I put on the top. Currently I am in the stage of collecting the parts to complete the car. The motor is just about complete. I have most of the major parts I'll need. But, boy, am I amazed at how all the little items can add up to big $$$.

Thanks. My car is actually a 20 foot car - it looks good from 20 feet away! Modifications continue while some much-needed body tweaking and a paint job are in order.

The $ add up but consider if you weren't spending it on this hobby you would probably be spending it on another. Just remember - never add up all the receipts!
