Bought a random orbital a couple of years ago mostly to speed things up when we detail a car. But prior to that, I used only the old variable speed Makita. Used it for EVERYTHING. It's on it's 2nd or 3rd power cord but has remained sound for more than 20 years. Among that 20 years was 3 or 4 in my detail shop, followed by seven years in my FIL's body shop. Still have the Makita and we still use it for heavy cuts.

I love good tools. Good ones last a lifetime.

I've had other buffers but never a nice 2 headed orbital one. Lots of power and totally variable. 2 heads are better than one.

You can google 'AUTOGEEK.com'. That's where I got it online. Also alot of diy videos from their pro MIKE PHILLIPS. This guy is great. Teaching this ol dog some new tricks for sure

My liquids are by Pinnacle'.

I've got 4 different foam pads,
a lump of Clay,
foam pad prep' spray
1 container of pad cleaner.
Also an array of Micro Fiber Towels small to large..

real deal micro fiber..not the walmart ones I've been using. Those are now part of the the cat bed according to my current first mate
mike, those are nice hammers. i have a framing hammer and if u have to swing it all day the less weight adds up. wish they had them when i was framing all day way back when.
that reminds me, did i ever tell you we had to cut our own nails, blah blah blah...
furthermore, id fill my mouth up with framers and spit them into to wood and sink em 1 blow, blah blah blah....
