Finally got the car on the 1/4 mile

We went up to Great Lakes Drag Strip today for the Mofooco Bugout show. I just had to get the car on the track for some test and tune. Started off in the high 14's . By the end of our day we knock off a 13.65.

I have a show bar . If your car is faster than 13 sec you most likely need a cage. I had to run with the top on and windows in. Also wore a helmet.

At the Carlisle show a couple of years back when Joe was there, he gave Chris, our loveable, massively turbo-charged, almost Speedstah Guy, a ride in the "Joe-Gyver Speedstah" coming back from the Caddy Shack.

When they got back, I asked Chris what he thought. His only comment, and this says a lot, coming from a guy who's strip car regularly turned in 11.0's:

"That thing is Seriously quick!"

Watching your video reminds me of my much missed 1970 single cab pick-up, with a breathed on Porsche 2.7 engine and 901 gearbox.
