Just got back from Fall Carlisle, had the required egg sammich. and weather was absolutely perfect. This is the first year for the 200 cruise cars to be judged. Kim and got one of the Meguiar's show awards for our triple black Vintage Speedster. I guess the sun reflecting off the black paint masked the few of my paint chip repairs.
And 3 minutes after arriving at Carlisle, some older gentleman offered us $21k for our Vintage and I actually passed on the offer....go figure THAT ! ~Alan
Who did the laptop work?

I've been getting 15-16 when hauling Pearl on a trailer - not bad for a 6-liter at 70-75 mph, I think. Pulling South along I81 and I40 through the Apple-Chains I could really accelerate up-hill on those long mountain climbs - like the trailer wasn't back there at all. 90+% of the time I just left it in Cruise. Makes a BIG difference whether I stay below or above 70 mph...

Everybody told me not to chip my 6 liter, but I'm working on a Brown's Gas Hydroxy Generator to duct into the intake. Have two cells to start, with room for two more (have to mount them between the running boards and the frame). The first two should give me 10-14 liters per minute combined, and I can play with more cells later on. Either it'll give me more power and better fuel mileage or it'll go up like a Roman Candle......and it sits just under my feet {8>)
I had a local truck garage do it with their CAT 3126B specific program lap top.
The tech guy was excited like the professor in "Back To The Future".
I'm not familiar with the Hydroxy - thingy you mentioned but the roman candle though is something to seriously "consider". I would get on a couple of the Ford diesel power specific forums as they usually have Ford techs that run these sites and provide accurate info as to what you can and cannot do. ~Alan
