Fog light wiring kit

I am going to install a pair of Marschall fog lights and wonder if someone can recommend a good, simple wiring kit to use. It should include a relay, fuse and idiot proof directions.

Just a quick note; IF you buy the repro Marchals be sure to pop them open and glue a rubber backer behind the socket (or cover sockets with liquid electrical tape, or the likes...). I have had a LARGE number of them that have come to me already dead shorted to the case, and many more that would short when you hit a bump. A thin piece of rubber will stop this from happening and should also help prevent future Marchal frustrations down the line...

These lights have no gasket between the chrome rim and the glass---is there a gasket you can sell me to keep out the water? Many thanks---looking forward to seeing you soon at Carlisle!

We have thin rubber we buy by the sheet, but the thickness is about that of an inner tube for a bike, so I'd bet that would work...
