Somebody's Vineland 8mm film converted to mpg with voice-over. Maybe 1962 or 1963 I'd guess.Great view of some very rare cars! Watch to the end! Anyone on this site remember the old Vineland Speedway?

That's a neat film clip! I never made it to Vineyard, but I did see many races at Watkins Glen starting when they ran down main street in mid 50s.

I remember Vineland, and Marlboro, Cumberland, Connelsville etc., etc. My childhood hero "King Carrera" Bruce Jennings had some classic battles with Don Yenko, when Carreras were in BP with 283cu. in. Corvettes. Bruce passed away in I beleive in 1995, Donna Mae Mimms, the "Pink Lady" was a contempoary of Bruce and Don. Don was killed in a plane crash in Washington, Pa. many years ago, and Donna Mae passed about two years ago. I beleive she was laid out in the funeral home in her pink Corvette.

Those are badass, Rob. You know Larry Jendras? I think he might be the premier old track historian in Maryland. I bet he'd love copies of your shots.

I don't know him. Do you have any contact information on him? I loved that orange Carrera and I have pictures of it from just about every angle.
