Just a quickie for those who look at this one-eyed in the future. Still fighting the good fight with the Italian mistress (Dellortos). When I built this car I felt the urge to put the pressure regulator on the firewall as I had seen done in so many setups.

Yesterday, I was looking at the gauge bouncing so much I couldn't see if I had 2 pounds or 40.

I was on the edge of letting moths out of my wallet when I read that my fuel pump (CB performance) gave out a steady 3.5. So I ripped my cheesy Mr. Gasket regulator off the firewall and put a fuel gauge on the pump. Sure enough, a lovely, steady 3.5 -which my Italian friends are supposed to love.

One down. Back to Keep It Simple. Now if I can remember to shut off the Dells when she's gonna sit for a while (as my late father instructed me) I'll be a happier man.
