Nope. Mine was 5/26/06. (Not 100% sure on the day)

Might just be the picture angle
A couple things to note. Original Beck plates are riveted to secure them and have a different chassis numbering system. If you look closely at the id plate on this car it is secured with screws not rivets. The original chassis number is barely visible and a new chassis number with a different numbering system is stamped onto the plate. It looks to me like the new old date has been stamped over the original build date.
