I built this car as a project with my grandfather in the early 1990s. It's had a great run, but I just don't have the time to care for it in the way that it deserves. At this point, it hasn't been out of the garage in a few years (!) and that's just not right.
I hesitate to call it a basket case, because it's been a great car, but it's pretty far from a show car at this point. It needs some moderate repairs - it's pretty mechanically sound; no rust, needs brakes, engine runs well (last time I checked). Cosmetically, it's kind of a mess. It's got some minor front end damage to the fiberglass where I met a trailer hitch at low speed (actually, at parked speed). When I last had time to spend, I was planning on improving the brakes, repairing the fiberglass, and having the whole car repainted (the original gelcoat is beginning to show its age).
I've no idea where to begin on value, but my sunk costs are zero and I'd mostly like to get it to a good home. Any reasonable offer will be considered. The car is located in Greater Boston, and if there is any interest, I'll get some pictures uploaded.
