So... do you have 2 now or did blackie not make it to her 1st birthday? ;-)
"I'm not gonna sell her, but I DID bring the title..." hahaha

Or maybe the new, blue one is for Kim.
Yup, the triple black speedy's B'Day is today!
I think we need an 'intervention' to keep Alan from his obsessive compulsive purchasing of Speedsters!
Astrange thing, out of 15 speedsters owned and or built, I only know where five are, the other ten are MIA, Am I doing something wrong and they are burning up? I don't think my work is that appealing that their current owners are keeping them for an investment :)
Cool color Alan. That would be a neat car to do the over riders like we talked about. What color do ya get if ya breed black and blue?
Blue and black make a nice shade of green....

Alan, I would like to see a photo.
Teresa's been ... ummm ... patient with the shop she dropped the Hoopty off at; I might like to see what "our" next Speedster looks like.
You WILL eventually be selling, right?
;)
(Just kidding, Teresa.)

I was thinking of Speedying out to NW CT to meet up with our magician when he picked up his new toy, but our daughter's departing from the homestead kinda won our attention for this weekend.
That done, I now have an ENTIRE 2-bay garage to play in, rather than a 2/3'rds-of-a-bay as I've had since we got here, so now I can play at getting that next pan spiffed.
Sorry I couldn't make it, Alan......the pups were looking forward to a quiet ride in the country, too......

Gordon canceled in favor of moving out his daughter out of the homestead (I would too) and I forgot to take along Danny P's phone number along and we drove right by his exit off of Rt 84.in NY.
Rocky and I headed to CT this AM in my shop truck and just completed custom speedster tow bar. This blue VS speedster is in absolute beautiful condition! Hooked it up and away we went. Towing it home it started to away a bit and it got worse as I packed the miles on. Stopped to check it out, found the left rear stub axle bearing needs to replace and have no idea why as the car has only 2700km on it so I dropped the tow speedd from 75 to 55 mph and finished the remaining 170 miles. The navy blue StayFast top has never been put up on the car (it's not shrunk) but the radius of the top bow is a hair different and it's a tight fit to get it over the windshield frame.( I'll need to resolve this )
I drove it a bit tonight (sans any tag) this speedster w/ the 1776 and the VS special exhaust runs great!.. Keep the black or keep the blue, blue or keep the black... blue...... black.......... blue.........black.....grrrrrrrr. Pixs to follow. ~Alan

What a nice day, Jen and I went out in the Spyder this morning, it was awesome. I am going back out again by myself in a little while, was working on the house today. Too bad you forgot my number, Alan, would have been a good day to visit. Rocky, smack him will yah? Maybe soon we'll do a tri-state tour?
I would have liked to see the new Speedy, but soon enough, eh?

I see you are already selling/flipping the blue one. Any problems with it as to why the quick flip?
Cheers, THOM

This car is 100%..just beautiful ! Looks, runs and handles as it did the day it purchased from Vintage Speedsters. I've done many builds and restos but now days, prefer just to do odds and ends to make them 100% then pass them along so that I can tinker on yet another speedster. ~Alan
Why is it being advertised as a "widebody speedster"?
Damn, how did I do that? Relisted with correction, Tnx. ~Alan

Alan, the "Cory and Teresa want Another Car" charity was recently established.
Want to write that car off on your taxes? Right this way, my friend.
Seriously -- You might want to change line 19: "19-Exelerating to drive and a pleasure to own, child-like giggles are included !"
"Exhilarating" is the major change -- and you might want to lose the spaces before some of the punctuation.
I'm only suggesting editing your ad because this car is every bit as pretty to look at as Candy, and I thing a lot of folks are going to want to buy her who wouldn't ordinarily look at replicas.
Good luck! I bet you get a killing for this one.

My bad...I didn't realize "Candy" refered to another one of Alan's cars
