Frabricating a Functional Roll Bar for a pan based Speedster | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Hi All,

Does anyone have information on the best way to fabricate a functional roll bar in a pan based Speedster? I am considering adding one to my Fiberfab Widebody Speedster. Looking for info on the best places to tie in to the pan. I was thinking the rear torsion tube housing on each side being a good place for two points and then possibly the tops of the rear shock mounts. That way I would have 4 points of connection. I am looking to strengthen the pan and also give roll over protection. Any thoughts and info. would be welcome.
