I wish to vent fresh air to the interior of my Speedster. I want info on where I can get a ready made system or where to get parts. Everything seems pretty staight forward except period correct looking vents under the dash that can be opened partially, all the way or closed. Does anybody have firsthand experience here? Thanks, Gonegray

You'll probably end up making your own or adapting an aftermarket set-up. A simple through the wheel well vent being the simple and easy way to go. Just a hole saw away from DONE!

A neat "period" circular twist open/close AND directional vent came on both ends of the dash board of the
TR-6. The same vents were positioned beneath the dash as well and are ALWAYS in better condition, as they were hidden and protected from wear and weather.

Maybe . . . ?

Luck,

Fresh air vents accomplished!! I epoxied 4" plumbing parts that cone down to 2" openings, behind my grills in the frontend. I got the TR6 vents from a breaker of brit cars. I drilled holes in the sides of footwells to fit the vents. Attached plastic plumbing elbos that fit TR6 backends. I glued vents into holes. I bought an 8' shop vacuum hose extention, cut it in halves and ater installing a piece of window screen to the plumbing pieces, installed the hose it between parts. Works beautifully! Thanks again for the TR6 part suggestion. The vents can be aimed in any direction, feet, crotch, what have you.... Gonegray
