Body shop slide hammer does the trick.
Inset the hammer into the beam and "hook" against the inner bearing edge, slide the hammer weight toward you and repeat alternating side to side on the bearing
You can also make a tool out of steel stock that is at least 5/16" thick ,shape into a "Z" configuration, hook the bearing and strike the other end a few times to pull the bearing out

I am assuming you have taken the torsion leaves out. If so, what I did was use a long round metal bar to go in one end of the tubes, and pushed them out the other side by manuevering the bar (actually a bent go-cart axle) around the perimeter of the bearing. I was installing Avis style adjusters into my beam so my center grub screw and leaf retainer were both out. Watch out for the grease pouring out if you push the center retainer out!
