Gee.....I'm flattered that you like it, but there's nothing exotic about it, believe me!
It's a stock license plate bracket for a trailer. I think I got it at Autozone a while back and mounted it to the car nose with a couple of 1/4 X 20 bolts. I also used a piece of Duct Tape between the fiberglass and bracket to prevent loosening and screwing up the fiberglass finish.
I've noticed lately that it must be getting weaker - After trailering at sustained 75 - 80mph for a day or two it tends to bend slightly upward. Don't notice anything when it's not been trailered, though....
