I welded in height adjusters last year, replaced the ball joints and the bearings in the front end. The inside plastic bearings in the beam were toast so I put in those solid urethane sleeve bearings with the integral seal...bought from CPI.
Now that everything is back together one training arm has a loose fit. It moves ever so little. Looks like if it could seat just a 1/16 of an inch further into the bearing (that's the space between the seal and the sealing surface) it would be good. But, the grub screws are in the right place...If I push the arm all the way in then tighten down on the grub screws they go into the indent in the torsion bars and force it back out.
Any ideas? The other side is good and the bars are centered in the adjuster with the adjuster centered in the beam.
