They appear to be Porsche 914 seats with the head rests removed. The gauges too are late model 914 with option temperature gauge.

Wolfgang are those the original 914 tracks? When I removed my 914 seats, they were on VS tracks, (or appeared to be).
Yes they are OEM 914 tracks. In photo they are flipped rear to front and upside down. The seats should have the silver upper slide track attached to fiberglass shell. 914 seats slide back and forth and tilt from front up (thigh bolster) and down just over 3". The back of the black tilt track is hinged to floor and there is a toothed gear that attachs to floor in front (often missing) and the tilt adjust(knob to side of seat) is on black track. Slide back and forth side D shaped hands appear to be missing - repro are avail (originals were brittle cast pot metal).
