Nice "restored" condition, perfect if you want to mount it for show or fashion a case breather. If you want to use it as intended, you'll need to scoop up a filter, filter spring, and hoses.

This mounts to the fan shroud with two fasteners, usually making use of one of the coil bracket bolts or one of the screws holding the generator backing plate to the shroud. Mounting it to a dual carb engine is simple, plenty of room. On a single carb engine, the coil would need to be re-located to the top of the shroud or to one of those fuel pump/coil mount block-off plates to make room for it.
Pretty simple, but just letting you know in case you're not familiar with this or not mechanically inclined.
