I am selling my Vintage Speedster replica...

it has 4257 miles, 1800 cc engine with dual carbs, 4 spd..

Registered as a 1965 Volkswagon
2nd Owner..

-top, glass, plastic pop out windows and 2 different tonneau covers (all pristine, with no tears, rips...no warps or tears to the plastic windows or scratches..
-always garaged
-tan interior
-1800 cc 4cyl engine with dual carbs

-Pioneer AM/FM CD stereo with detachable face
-replica black license plates

nice vintage, hope it sellls for you. what type of exhaust is on it. it looks like the tail pipes were cut on a angle for clearance. or removed the baffles, if so how loud is it. bill.

Bill,
Thanks. I don't know what exhaust is on it. It is a muffler with the dual exhaust outlet. The tailpipes look unaltered. The are slash cut with a heatshroud over each that is vented it's not loud. It sounds just like a beetle.

Larry - it looks sweet! The only odd thing is that it looks like the headlight grills are over the lenses - maybe I am seeing it wrong.

It is either or:
Take the lenses out and the grills will fit perfect in the frame :)

Dirk, You're seeing it right. A lot of owners want grilles but also want to retain the lenses. One of our members devised a mod to make it so.

Beautiful car. I'm interested. Ready to buy. Got any photos of the engine compartment? Also...no mention of brakes. Front discs? 4 wheel discs?

I had to dig up the engine picture..(it is from my file when I bought the car, I couldn't just take a photo as I moved the car to another garage to make room for our other toy...so bear with me with the watermark)

The fronts are discs
