Fuel delivery rate????

I have a type 4 1.8 or 2.0 litre with Del 30s.... The car has an electric pump and Holley regulator set at 3lb..... My question is: If I feed the output to the carbs into a container, what should I expect for delivery in say 30sec to 1 min. ???

I'm still fighting problems with this engine and wish to check all possible problems....
