I've searched the site and can't find anything on the topic of fuel tank support.
I've also gone through the CMC build book and don't see anything.
What is the common opinion, do the tanks need support or not? I'm not speaking of the front top body support behind the battery compartment. Does the tank need something near the retainers? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Only ~80# filled. It has fiberglass support all the way around the perimeter so can't see need for added reinforcement.. I've thought of mounting mine on some door seal foam sticky stuff to ensure it is water sealed.

I was doing some sanding in the area just forward of the tank and the fiberglass was flexing pretty good hence the question. But yes foam seal of some sort was in the plan.
