It was a pretty small gathering -- about 15 cars, but for a first time event I'd say it was decent. Don't go next weekend because you'll be a show of 1. The guy that's promoting this (his name is also Robert) told us that it's going to be the 2nd Saturday of every month. Thanks to everyone who came out ,it was great meeting everyone. I've heard it a hundred times on this site what a great bunch of people are on here. It was pretty cool to see it firsthand. The cars were nice but without question the hit of the morning were Blake and Jen's dogs. Classic! The next meeting is Saturday July 14th. I know I'll be there and I'm looking forward to seeing Dave,Doug,Ed,Blake and Jen and and anyone else that wants to come on down. Thanks again for the turnout.

Not a bad turn out Rob for the first event... Blake and Jenn stole the show with their kids and the goggles... thank gosh Ted wasn't there... next time I am getting Lili to come out.. that Matador joint looked and smelled very good... I could have used some breakfast that morning instead of rushing out to travel to RC and sit and watch the US open for 4 hours...

Nice guys too... oh yeah we meant the guy that worked for Boyd Coddington and later west coast customs.. he had this awesome GT500 in orange, with the Shelby name ALL over it...  very sweet and I am a Chevy fan!

We've got another one coming up Saturday July 14th. It's starting a little earlier,from 7:00am until 10:00am. It will be in the same location, the parking lot behind Ace Hardware in Fullerton. This would be the northwest corner of Harbor and Commonwealth. There is a facebook page called Motors 2 Matador if you want to check it out. I hope to see you there again it was alot of fun.

This one is right up the street for me, close is always good! I'll try to make this one, might be fun!!

Nice change of pace from Cars & Coffee. I think I'll be able to make this meet. See you guys there.

I'm close to Fullerton and think I can make it tomorrow morning.  Looking forward to meeting some of you. 

What time are you guys planning on rolling in? Is it like Cars & Coffee where if you don't get there before the break of dawn, there is no place to park?

Rob no worries, the'll be plenty of room to park no matter what time you roll in... 8 is prettty good, the early bireds will be there by themselves for a while,... sorry had to miss it..

We've got another show coming up Saturday morning August 11th. Same place,the parking lot behind Ace hardware in downtown Fullerton. The northwest corner of Harbor Blvd and Commonwealth.  We'll be there from 7:00 until 10:00. Hope to see a bunch of you there.

Hey Ken - maybe you can suggest to the owner of Matador's (or whoever is pushing this morning event) to post on the following link! It lists most every car event for any given day in SoCal. Gets plenty of exposure.

Thanks Jim. I forwarded the info to Rob this evening. Actually I handed him my mobile and had him figure it out. After a couple glasses of Jameson's at Matador tonight it was the best I could do! Hope to see you Saturday,this deal has been kinda fun.
