I have two of those lil' suckers, one for an A (like that one) another for a Pre-A (similar to that one, 'cept they came without the top section of the ring) with the 1/3rd ring.

I have had to purchase original buttons on several occasions and I can tell you that, even in that condition, his price is pretty good compared to what I've seen out there on originals.
I have one here now, button only, in about the same condition as his, and I had to give $440 for it, plus freight from the UK.
I have seen near perfect original buttons bring $800-1000+ more than once.
That said, now you can get a descent re-pop from Jorge at Sierra Madre for about $150.
